  • Material Requirements & Pincodes: Project specific materials required, quantity ranges, target delivery pincodes, and matching coordinates.

The information we collect is used to power the core NirmanKonnect features:

  • To match buyer quote requests with relevant local verified suppliers.
  • To send real-time lead alerts and match notifications via WhatsApp and SMS using verified message templates.
  • To verify seller credentials and prevent fraudulent claims or low-quality listings.
  • To facilitate Razorpay billing, secure payment processing, and credit transactions.

3. Data Sharing & Matching

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third-party ad networks. We share information only under strict operational guidelines:

  • Lead Details: When a buyer requests a quote, their specific material requirements are listed publicly on the marketplace.
  • Buyer Contacts: The buyer's phone number and exact contact information are kept hidden and are only shared with a registered, verified local seller after that seller uses their earned/purchased credits to unlock or claim the lead.

We employ robust technical and organizational measures to secure your data. Sensitive files (such as Aadhaar uploads and business licenses) are stored in secure subdirectories, and passwords are encrypted using secure modern hashing algorithms. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
