By registering an account, submitting a quotation request, or utilizing the storefront directory at NirmanKonnect, you accept and agree to comply fully with these legally binding Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
NirmanKonnect acts solely as a matching marketplace connecting construction material buyers with independent verified local suppliers. We do not participate in, control, or take responsibility for the final material transactions, transport logistics, pricing deals, or quality specifications agreed between buyers and sellers.
Material suppliers purchase digital credits packs to unlock and claim buyer leads. All credits payments processed securely via Razorpay are final and non-refundable. If a lead is proven to contain invalid contact details or mismatched pincodes, a refund of credits may be requested within 24 hours via customer support.
Suppliers must register using authentic owner details, business registration licenses, and attach clear Aadhaar KYC cards. Misrepresentation of material stock, providing false pricing quotes, or engaging in scamming behavior will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all remaining credits.
NirmanKonnect is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from transaction disputes, material delivery delays, physical product defects, or loss of business credits.
